How many guests do you cater for?

There is no minimum or maximum but we have designed a suite of products and services to cover most events. We recommend discussing and understanding your requirements and then we can propose one or more of the 3 types of bar.


What sort of events do you do?

Our services extend, but are not limited to Private events, Pop-up, Weddings, Parties, Birthdays, Drinks Reception, Festivals, Film sets & Corporate events


What areas do you cover?

We are based in Saffron Walden, near to Cambridge and Stansted Airport. Travelling to great events is no problem for us but we will have to consider time and travel as part of our overall proposal to you.


How long does it take to set up?

This varies by service. The Airstream is fully sufficient and quick to get up and running whereas the Mini Bar and standard bars will take longer. Access, location and event size are all additional factors we will need to consider. We prefer not to rush our set-up so everything is perfect before your guests arrive.

Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes. We are insured for £5M. A copy of our certificate can be provided upon request


Are you fully licensed?

Yes. We hold the following licences/certificates:

  • Personal Licence Holder – issued by Uttlesford District Council
  • BIIAB Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders
  • NCASS Level 2 Food & Hygiene
  • First Aid trained
  • DBS
  • Member of The Nationwide Caterers Association (NCASS)

How do I book you?

Once we have agreed all the requirements, we will confirm in writing and ask you to check and approve via email. The date can only be secured upon receipt of either 50% of the minimum spend or 50% of the hire cost. Full payment is due 14 days prior to the event. Our summer dates are extremely popular and we encourage you to secure your date as quickly as possible to avoid disappointment.


What if I need to cancel or rearrange?

We understand that things change from time to time and if the date of your event changes, we will work with you to rearrange at no extra cost. Cancellations will be assessed on a case by case basis however typically deposits are non-refundable.


Can I provide my own alcohol?

In short, yes you can but only when dry hiring and hosting your own bar by using either our Mini or Regular Bar. The Airstream is not available for dry hire.

Typically, we do not provide staff only but it is something we can consider, although we wish to be honest and advise that this comes at a premium price.
